Andrew Dranchak is of counsel to the firm. He served as a Judge on the 41-A District Court for twenty-two years. While as a District Court Judge,

Judge Dranchak specialized in all areas of civil law. Prior to that, he a practicing attorney for twenty-five years. After retiring from the bench, Judge Dranchak continues to practice in the areas of general civil litigation, and serves as a court appointed mediator, facilitator, and arbitrator.

He has also been appointed by the Macomb County Circuit Court to serve as a Special Master to preside over all discovery issues in complex commercial litigation. Ret. Judge Dranchak attended the University of Detroit for his Ph.B. and his J.D.
