Darryl Bressack is an Associate at The Miller Law Firm.  He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, real estate litigation and class actions.  In 2009, Mr. Bressack was recognized as one of Michigan’s Rising Stars by SuperLawyers Magazine.  The designation is based on an attorney peer review survey, and given to no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the State.

Mr. Bressack received his law degree in 2004 from the University of Michigan Law School.  While in law school, Mr. Bressack spent a semester in Cape Town, South Africa, working for the South African Human Rights Commission, a constitutionally created governmental body mandated to monitor human rights throughout the country.  He also interned for the Cambodian Defenders Project, a non-government organization, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and for the Alaska Public Defender’s Agency in Fairbanks, Alaska.  Mr. Bressack obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from the University of Florida in 2001.

Prior to joining The Miller Law Firm, Mr. Bressack obtained significant courtroom experience, while working for Lakeshore Legal Aid, a U.S. Department of Justice grant recipient, where he was sole counsel in numerous trials on behalf of victims of violence.

Mr. Bressack is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
