January 5, 2007 - $200 million settlement announced in In re CMS Securities Litigation, in which The Miller Law Firm serves as liaison counsel, for alleged "round trip trading".
January 4, 2007 - Eastern District of Michigan Judge Arthur Tarnow granted The Miller Law Firm's motion for class certification in the case of Jaikins v. Caterpillar, Inc., alleging breach of express warranty in connection with Caterpillar marine diesel engines.

2006 -- David H. Fink is credited by Governor Jennifer Granholm with
successfully brokering a $76 million deal between the Detroit Medical
Center and Wayne State University. According to published reports, the
two institutions had been "severely deadlocked" in their dispute
over negotiations to renew a contract that was set to expire December
31, 2006. The Detroit Medical Center and Wayne State University have
had a long-standing relationship for over 900 medical residents in about
70 residency programs. Had the contract expired, the programs could
have lost all their residency programs. According to the Detroit Free
Press, leaders from both institutions credited the involvement of David
Fink in making the difference in reaching an agreement.

2006 --- Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm appoints The Miller Law
Firm attorney, David H. Fink, to serve as a mediator in a long-standing
dispute between the Detroit Medical Center and Wayne State University.
Mr. Fink is referred to has having "a solid reputation and plenty
of experience in labor-management negotiations." The Free Press
reported, "Severely deadlocked in their contract talks, Detroit's
two longest-standing health care partners -- the Wayne State University
School of Medicine and the Detroit Medical Center -- are moving urgently
to form new alliances without each other."

- Miller Law Firm, P.C. was featured in the Michigan Lawyers' Weekly
for its extraordinary results in a trial where we successfully obtained
dismissal of a multi-million dollar claim by exposing the plaintiff's
perjury on cross-examination during trial, with the Court ordering the
plaintiff to pay all of the defendant's attorneys fees and referring
the plaintiff to the county prosecutor for investigation of criminal
perjury charges.
