October 31, 2007 - A $117.5 million settlement-in-principal has been reached in the stock-backdating class action In re Mercury Interactive Corp. Securities Litigation, in which the Miller Law Firm serves as one of plaintiffs' counsel. This settlement is nearly 10 times more than any other settlement in stock options backdating cases to date. The settlement is subject to final documentation and court approval.
