The plaintiffs, who were brother and sister, sued their sister for undue influence arising from their being disinherited from their mother's will.
After the filing of the complaint, the case settled with the plaintiffs receiving two-thirds interest in the largest asset of their mother's estate, property located in Commerce
Township, and a right to other personal property remaining in the estate. Counsel said this property recently sold, netting each of the plaintiffs $80,000.
